Weekly Pitchers Practice 2025-2026

Prepare for next season with a comprehensive PITCHERS ONLY- practice session.

SUNDAYS, BEGINNING NOV. 16 - LOCATION: CROSSFIT INGUZ, 90 LEONARD DR., GROTON

The 90-minute workout will cover improving your:

-Mechanics for better control and velocity.

-Strength, Mobility and Speed by intently working the whole body.

-Mental approach to pitching for more CONFIDENCE!

-Knowledge of the college recruiting to find the best fit for you!

-Pitch shapes and spins to become a precise and consistent pitcher.

THIS IS A PERFECT COMPLIMENT TO WHATEVER WORKOUTS YOU HAVE DURING THE WINTER.  You will not experience a Pitching Easy workout anywhere else in the world.  It is meant to make you a better athlete, student of the game, and competitor. 

These sessions consist of a strength regimen that incorporates agility, athleticism, mobility, and explosiveness - all while focusing each session on pitching fundamentals every week.  It is a perfect blend of speed and body coordination training that every successful pitcher should possess.

Workouts begin in Mid-November and go to Mid-March 2026.

Sessions begin in November and continuing through March 10, this will be something that will keep pitchers engaged, in tune, and looking forward to spring!
